Clear, fair expectations for every enquiry, order, and project ... covering our shop, services, warranties, and Qatar governing law.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Qatar Fountains website, online shop, client portal, AI chat assistant, and any estimates, bookings, orders, or services arranged through them. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Qatar Fountains (“Qatar Fountains,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is based in Doha, Qatar. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We design, build, install, repair, restore, and maintain fountains, water features, pools, and related lighting works for residential and commercial clients across Qatar. We also operate an online shop for fountains, materials, and accessories.
Estimates provided online or by message are indicative until a site visit confirms the scope, materials, access, and timeline. All design, construction, restoration, and installation work is governed by a signed agreement issued before work begins.
Product prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice. Items added to your cart or submitted as an inquiry are a request, not a binding order, and become confirmed only once our team verifies availability and the details with you.
We commonly accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, and invoice for shop orders. With COD, you pay when the order is delivered, after we confirm your order and delivery window. We do not store full card details on our website.
We take care to display accurate prices, but in the event of an obvious pricing or description error we may cancel or correct the order and will inform you before proceeding.
We deliver across Qatar. Estimated delivery times are indicative; risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect items on receipt and report any issue promptly.
To start a return or raise an issue, contact us at qatarfountains@gmail.com or 770 233 65.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Workmanship on installations is warranted, and equipment such as pumps, lighting, and filtration carries the relevant manufacturer’s warranty. The exact coverage and duration are set out in your project agreement or product documentation.
Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, lack of recommended maintenance, or events outside our control. Routine maintenance is available through our service plans.
Portfolio imagery, designs, renders, logos, text, and other content on this site are the property of Qatar Fountains or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute them without our written permission.
Designs and proposals we prepare for you remain our intellectual property until paid for and as set out in your agreement.
When using our website, shop, portal, or AI assistant, you agree not to:
To the fullest extent permitted by Qatari law, Qatar Fountains is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or content, or from reliance on information or AI-generated responses. Our site relies on trusted providers ... including hosting, email and messaging, and the OpenRouter AI assistant ... and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. How we share data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, our website, or our services are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
We aim to resolve any concern amicably first ... please contact us so we can help. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, technology, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
