Question 1

What services does QFountains offer?

Accepted Answer

We design, build, install, repair, restore, and maintain luxury fountains, water features, and pools across Qatar and the wider Gulf. We also handle integrated lighting work, and operate an online shop for curated fountains, materials, and accessories available by inquiry.

Question 2

Do you work on both residential and commercial projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work on private villas, palaces, hotels, resorts, retail and hospitality venues, residential developments, and government parks and public spaces throughout Qatar and the GCC.

Question 3

Do you repair fountains built by other companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We service and repair fountains and water features across Qatar and the Gulf regardless of the original installer, including pumps, plumbing, electrics, lighting, filtration, and stonework.

Question 4

Can you design a fountain to match my villa's architecture?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Our design team creates classical, contemporary, and fully bespoke water features tailored to your architecture and materials palette.

Question 5

How do I start a project with you?

Accepted Answer

Begin by requesting a consultation or estimate through our website, by phone, or on WhatsApp. We then arrange a site visit, align on your vision, and prepare a detailed quotation before any work begins.

Question 6

What happens during a consultation visit?

Accepted Answer

We review your space, discuss design goals, take measurements, assess access and utilities, and outline timelines, materials, and budget ranges for your project.

Question 7

How long does fountain construction take?

Accepted Answer

Residential fountains typically take 4 — 8 weeks. Larger commercial or pool integrated projects may take 8 — 14 weeks depending on design complexity, approvals, and finishes.

Question 8

Can repairs be completed quickly?

Accepted Answer

Many pump, leak, lighting, and filtration repairs are resolved within 1 — 3 days once we diagnose the issue on site. More complex restorations are scheduled after assessment.

Question 9

How much does a custom fountain cost in Qatar?

Accepted Answer

Costs depend on size, materials, hydraulic and lighting complexity, and site conditions. After a site visit we provide a detailed, fixed quotation tailored to your villa or commercial space.

Question 10

Do you offer free estimates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request a free estimate or book a consultation. We assess your site and share budget options before any commitment.

Question 11

Are online or message estimates binding?

Accepted Answer

Estimates shared online or by message are indicative until a site visit confirms scope, materials, access, and timeline. The final figure is set out in a signed agreement before work starts.

Question 12

How does the online shop work?

Accepted Answer

Browse our curated collection, add items to your cart, and place an order or inquiry. Our team confirms availability, delivery, and the final details with you before fulfilment.

Question 13

Do you deliver across Qatar and the Gulf?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver throughout Qatar — including Doha, West Bay, The Pearl, Lusail, and Al Wakrah — and arrange fulfilment across the GCC, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Kuwait City, Manama, and Muscat, plus additional locations. Delivery timing and any charges are confirmed at checkout or by our team.

Question 14

Can you install items I buy from the shop?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many shop items can be professionally installed by our team. Let us know during checkout or when we contact you and we will include installation in your arrangement.

Question 15

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

For shop orders we commonly accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, and invoice. For projects, payment terms are set out in your signed agreement. We do not store full card details on our website.

Question 16

How does cash on delivery (COD) work?

Accepted Answer

With COD you pay when your order is delivered. We confirm your order details and delivery window in advance, and our team collects payment on handover.

Question 17

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Unused items in original condition may be eligible for return or exchange within the period stated at the time of sale, subject to inspection. Custom made, made to order, and installed items are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly and we will guide you through the process.

Question 18

Do your installations come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our workmanship is warranted, and equipment such as pumps and lighting carries the manufacturer's warranty. The specific coverage and duration are detailed in your project agreement.

Question 19

How often should fountains be maintained?

Accepted Answer

We recommend monthly maintenance for high use or commercial features and quarterly service for residential installations, including water treatment, pump checks, and filter cleaning.

Question 20

Do you offer ongoing maintenance contracts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer seasonal and scheduled maintenance plans across Qatar and the Gulf to keep your water feature clean, efficient, and running reliably year round.

Question 21

Which regions do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We are based in Doha, Qatar, and work throughout the country — including West Bay, The Pearl, Lusail, and Al Wakrah — as well as select commissions across all six GCC states: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Primary Gulf cities include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Kuwait City, Manama, and Muscat, with additional locations on request. Contact us and we will confirm coverage for your site.

Question 22

Do you handle projects outside Doha?

Accepted Answer

Yes. While we are based in Doha, our team travels across Qatar and the wider Gulf for consultations, installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Question 23

What is the client portal?

Accepted Answer

The client portal is a secure area where ongoing clients can view project documents, quotations, and invoices, complete onboarding, and message our team in one place.

Question 24

How do I get access to the portal?

Accepted Answer

Portal access is by invitation. Our team sends you an access code — often via email with a link to /portal/signup. Enter your code, name, email, phone, and password to activate your account, then sign in at /portal/login. If you do not have a code, contact us and we will send an invitation when appropriate.

We collect only the data we need to respond to you and deliver our services, and we never sell your personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, including the data we collect, why, and the rights available to you.
