On site we review the space, take measurements, check access and utilities, and outline materials and timelines. You then get a detailed quotation. Estimates shared by message are indicative until a visit confirms the scope.

What happens during a site visit?
We review your space, discuss design goals, take measurements, assess access and utilities, and outline timelines, materials and budget ranges.
Are estimates by message binding?
No. Estimates shared online or by message are indicative until a site visit confirms scope, materials, access and timeline. The final figure is set out in a signed agreement.
Which areas do you visit?
We are based in Doha and work across Qatar, including West Bay, The Pearl, Lusail, Al Wakrah and Al Rayyan, plus selected projects across the GCC.
